Now back in the UK after a 4 night stay

Room ( King Deluxe Suite) Rm 3723. At the end of the corridor the suite was large with an addtional wc and a room with a microwave,sink, cutlery and dishes and a fridge.
Bathroom was a little on the dark side
Bedroom was quiet and control panel on the bedside table controlled the curtains and lights.
Lots of storage space.
Used the phone to set a wake up call . After picking up the phone with the call, about 10 mins later the phone rings again and the operator asks if i got the wake up call.

4 bottles of water delivered daily ( one day I got 10 bottles ( 8 in living room and 2 by the bed)

Pool: No issues finding a lounger ( I was there between 0900 and 1100 then 1530 to 1600 depending on the day.) Most of the area will have sun between 1100 or so and 1530

Breakfast: Very good selection ( quiet at 0815) with the staff remembering me and coffee offered on request ( incl cafe lattes)

Lounge:Very good with a very good breakfast selection. Afternoon sancks a little poor ( few small wraps, cookies and desserts). Evening snacks very good ( I found them enough for a meal). Staff were excellent and rememberd me and my drink order in the evenings. I did not have a problem finding a seat even on Fridays ( I did go down about 1930 to 1945 towards the end of the evening snacks.). Grabbed a light breakfast on departure date about 0720 and was able to check out from the lounge ( saved a few minutes compared to the main registration desk).Bellman got me a normal taxi and the taxi took a side street at the back of the hotel when exiting ( he said sometimes the road is closed). Taxi to the airport was cheap at 32AED.

Overall an excellent stay with a great upgrade and great staff. Will dig out some photos later this week.
