Not saying which way is correct just pointing out a main difference that I thought was sort of funny that no matter what a program does it can never do right by all
I understand what you are saying, but a brand doesn’t need to be cookie cutter to maintain minimum standards of upkeep and customer expectation. Kimpton hotels, for example tend to be unique while also meeting a minimum customer expectation when it comes to service, upkeep, and amenities. IME Hyatt Centric does not.
