As mentioned above, they open not all of the suites due to renovation so you can try your luck for SNA. From my own experience, I never receive a suite upgrade here as Ambassador, but when I ask to move on the second or third day, they usually have it available and will give it to you.

[email protected] and no reply for 3 or 4 days now. I'll try the one you mentioned thanks.
