If I recall, I think Hyatt moved a bunch of Hyatt hotels into the centric brand. I had assumed it was because they were unable to offer the degree of service that was necessary for a regency - maybe no restaurant, etc. but they wanted them “above” the “Hyatt” brand which I have take to generally mean, avoid this hotel because it is one of the orphan properties Hyatt has no idea what to do with and the property owner has no interest in solving either.
