As above I would think 20mins is about right if you don't use the train, maybe 12 mins if you do. Both being dependent on you knowing where you want to go...
The train hasn't run for 2 years since covid. I think 15 mins is just enough from Gate C1 to C13. I tried it for several times when the bus dropped me off at gate E19.
