If you are on SQ11 all things should be fine, if you are on SQ637 your connection is not possible to fly as it requires an overnight in Narita.
ANA will want to check your document requirements in details for Bali and transit requirements for Singapore (I don't know if they still have any of those). And they may not be used to the Indonesia requirements, so may take a bit. And bring everything in print, including your second eticket, while not necessarily needed, it can make things easier.
Thank you! Yes it is SQ11 that I'm looking at... I plan to have everything printed and ready to go at ANA check in at LAX. I've interlined with ANA before and the agent took the separate tickets and did it in about 30 seconds... but that was at NH F check in at NRT.
