There is only one terminal in Doha.

The train runs from the low numbered C gates, close to the A and B gates and lounges and runs through to the high numbered C gates, close to the D and E gates.

As above I would think 20mins is about right if you don't use the train, maybe 12 mins if you do. Both being dependent on you knowing where you want to go...
