The Westin is very close to many attractions although I have never stayed there before.
Noise will be an issue so I would suggest stay on a higher floor. I have stayed at the Hilton acrossed the street and on a high floor, the noise is minimum if any. I got a good view of the Westin from there and will give it a try next time.
