Going to piggyback on this thread if i may; I had an FTV (pre e-vouchers) for a cash ticket c.£600 with both legs UUA'd using 48000 avios. I used the cash element of the FTV for a new flight this year with no issues and the agent on the phone said that the 48000 avios would be refunded. Is this correct and i just need to let BA slowly do its thing or does the FTV still exist purely with just 48000 avios? Cheers
