Im sure most crew would always try to accommodate but your meal won't be ready until the meals of everyone else who wants the full experience is ready as all the meals are cooked at the same time ideally for when everyone has had a drink, otherwise meals just overcook sitting in a hot oven. There just isn't enough oven space to do a la carte service like in F. If you would like the cold elements only with a drink I'm sure most crew would happily oblige, just let them know your intention is to sleep as soon as possible
