For Amazon, you can just leave the money in an envelope outside your door for any delivery driver. And for the United Cards you just put it in the front pocket of any checked luggage and tape a sign on that says "cash inside."

Fortunately for new card holders, the second paragraph of this response indicates that the first paragraph is a joke.
