cancelled flight due to recent IT issue..chances of recovering extra costs
i was supposed to fly MAN-LHR-SEA on the 26th Feb and when we got to MAN airport we were told all internal flights were cancelled due to the IT problem that day
the options given to us were to cancel the whole bookng and get a refund or make our own way to LHR where we could connect. we did that at a cost of £100 per person for the rail costs
i am online trying to find out about the MAN-LHR refund but will also ask about this money we paid
what are my chances of getting this back?
the BA website and contact us setup is shocking with very little making sense so an advice appreciated.......been on hold for 30 mins so far
