I am VERY surprised that the hotel has " over 50% guests (that) are Platinum and above.".
They are not open every floor yet, I believe only 7-8 suites available per day. With a permanent lounge also on the way, I suspect the property will be more popular in the near future. You will be very surprised by a large amount of influx of local's elite members... Saturday night is impossible to get any upgrade at any properties here in Bangkok except for St. Regis and Marriott Surawongse.
