BH Conference Hotel, Business Class, M&S Elite Plus, 05/02/2022, 22 hour connection but no meal vouchers issued. Disappointed and feeling cheated having been told at the Hotel Desk I was being put in the Radisson. Now I am in a bad part of town, 45-mins away from the airport with a hotel that scores 60% satisfaction when I was expecting something nice. The staff here are aggressive and rude (It's not just me saying it, the trip advisor reviews say it too). Why would the staff tell me Radisson and then the voucher say something else?
