Delta has a seasonal ATL-OGG nonstop around the holidays with Delta One lie-flat equipment. When they initially loaded the flight in the system a few weeks ago it was marketed and priced as a First Class flight (even though it is on Delta One equipment). Unfortunately, they have since changed it to Delta One marketed, so upgrades are no longer as cheap or easy. Delta also loaded a seasonal JFK-HNL non-stop (which can be purchased with HA HNL-OGG connections), but this is also Delta One marketed and unlikely to be cheap to get into a business seat.
