You could call them and ask them to apply all vouchers over the phone. If they refuse, tell them (or threaten) to refund the vouchers to cash (Which should be possible with your vouchers if you got them after the airline cancelled). And then just book your itinerary online using cash.
Your voucher's terms do mention that they are refundable, right?
I was on the phone to them when she refused to process any more. They were definitely refundable because KLM cancelled the flights due to the pandemic. The other voucher aren't for a huge amount, but it's just annoying. They were the ones who issued so many vouchers when it was originally just two passengers on one flight. I think I'll take your suggestion and ask them to refund them. I'll call our local number. At least I won't get the same person again, as she clearly didn't want to be helpful at all.
