I have triggered an evoucher for trial which I used a few Avios as part payment.
They don’t appear to have been returned as yet - do I need to request this or will have converted them to cash included in the voucher?
If I do need to claim is there an alternative to calling?
I bought a WT+ ticket to BGI back before Christmas, whith an UUA to J.
When I decided to cancel I had to ring up to get the Avios back.
