I got back to BA re. issues with Fast Track and received a very fast response "Fast track is available at Manchester airport however, the airport staff don't always recognise it from the boarding pass if it doesn't say 'fast track'. If you are checking in luggage the boarding pass should say fast track. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue we have had with the fast track showing. Please be assured, I have passed your email onto the Management team as part of feedback so this can be investigated further. " Let's see if this is addressed...

Re. Terminal 3, there may be staffing issues when T3 opens. I understand that UK Border Force are losing significant numbers of staff due to poor conditions and some are being drafted to LHR because of shortages there (LHR takes priority).
