the refurbished new b 737-800 have recline in row 1-6.
These can be sold as C class or as Economy comfort seats.
Platinum members can choose these seats for free.

The seats still offer far more legspace
There is usb outlet, there is wifi ( incl free text messaging)
There are more spacious bins, mood lighting and you still get a drink/snack on all flights. there is even beer/wine...really not that much to complain
Most airlines have these seats and most passengers indicate that they prefer non reclinable seats for short flights
For sure not the worst in the industry at all to my opinion
