if it’s tagged all the way, there is drop off location after customs and before you redo security.
if they aren’t tagged through, you’ll need to hope the Alaska desk is staffed (it isn’t alway when I’ve run through the S terminal) or go the long way around and exit the terminal and recheck in at the main check in desk.
