Spoiler alert: They're not even in the center of the city (At least some of them aren't anyway)

If they're supposed to be upper upscale, then the one I stayed at failed miserably. No F&B at all, no ice machines (hotel staff are constantly buying bags of ice from elsewhere to bring in), no lounge, no amenities, no pool... Does the cute animal theme (three little dog butts on the wall for hanging towels/keys) make it upper-upscale?

Don't get me wrong, I do quite like Hyatts, but Centric is just a quirky outlier to their brand.
