Got this reply today. It's obviously not a automated response which is a great sign ^

Thank you for your email providing a link to another website showing traveller feedback regarding Toronto Pearson International Airport which we have forwarded to our appropriate internal divisions for their information. We thank you again for taking the time to inform us.
Perhpaps people can start posting their suggestions here about how to improve the signage at the airport. Remember, be nice, I told them we were in the email
