Wait for all of the segments to post. The segment you asked about was determined to be worth $15.00. I suspect the other segments on the itinerary have been allocated more value than the DFW-PVR you asked about.

And, did you pay $204? Or is that $204 already excluding taxes? If it's $204 r/t paid, your actual base fare is likely very, very low due to the taxes. $15 is not out of the question for that leg.
