I have not followed ex-Tun as closely as ex-ALG but at least this past year the GDS historical search shows that this new set of ST fares (that were filed on Jan 11) are significantly below the fares that were in place since at least March 2021. I know the ex-ALG fares were mostly gutted in 2020, good to see some return for the region of these historically good values.

RT Base fare is now ~US$390+YQ etc (about $1230-40 as OP posted).
OW Base fare is now ~US$380+YQ etc (about US$786)

edited to add: ooh, a $75 stopover with no HIP check in each direction in AMS/PAR/MIL/ROM makes this a good deal for EU travel.
