AFAIK the spa is closed while the F lounge is combined with the J lounge (I.e. reduced services and amenities). As for proactive bookings, ISTR that this applied to QF paid bookings FWIW (but happy to be corrected).
Mine was a paid F ticket so perhaps thats the relevant variable?
