I have had issues trying to claim MrRebates as the number above appeared on all IHG bookings on my old laptop. Now I have a brand new laptop and clicked on the MrRebates emails and went to IHG and 99634975 has autofilled again.
Is there something in my IHG account that is triggering the wrong IATA # to autofill?

I signed in through Upromise, as the cash back is 4% (vs. 3% at Rakuten), and seeing the same IATA number, so a bit confused. Is the number above (99634975) specific to Rakuten (formerly ebates), or is that a generic code for cash back sites. Want to make sure I'll get credit somehow, would rather take the 3% since I get the Rakuten confirmation at booking, vs. a 4% where I might not, so maybe more of a gamble of if this will post. I know Rakuten is also very transparent, where you can see specific trips to sites when you have activated Rakuten (even if it doesn't 'think' you have made a purchase), vs. Upromise, where I don't think there's a way to track visits that don't correlate to a purchase. Rakuten is always very quick and easy to follow up with where things don't post as they should, where I'm not sure about Upromise.
