I will be staying at Park Hotel Vitznau towards the end of September for 3 nights. I was hoping to stay 3 more nights in a mountain location, such as Alpina Gstaad. But it appears that AG will be closed at the end of September. Can anyone recommend a similar quality lodging in a mountain setting what would be a nice contrast to the lake location of PHV? I do enjoy the outdoors and would relish a location that allows for splendid views of the Alps while hiking. I will be arriving and departing from Zurich. Thanks for your opinions.
