I've said before that i much prefer T8, and I'm more than happy with cheese and fruit plates in AA business class - sure there's lots here wouldn't, but that works better than a curry etc. for me.
Even flying backwards on one of AA's 777-200 in seat 1A wasn't as bad as I thought (not a patch patch design wise on the modern CW suite, but I slept well on it).
I like my tier points and OW benefits, so for the time being, there are options with AA, IB, EI and AY that work for me, but in the future, I wouldn't rule out Virgin, Jet Blue etc.
I've found JetBlue to not be price competitive when I've looked at them. Granted I was looking in Economy and also, to go anywhere other than New York, you will have a connection.
IIRC, they use narrowbodies too, I don't really fancy the idea of a tatl crossing in a dinky plane.
