I may have missed it being posted somewhere else, but found out today there is no longer a $39 fee to book with PTS over the phone. Agent said this fee was removed starting Jan '22. No more dealing with expdia agents...
Are there fees above standard airline fees to make changes or handle IRROPS?
If not, could be a nice way to book and not have to deal with an hours-long wait calling the airline if changes are needed..
