If it was a complete award flight, rather than an upgrade with Avios between cabins, this is a cock up on BA IT. If it's a UUA, it would be the TP and Avios for the original cabin.

They probably won't take them away, though that is a small risk, so I'd keep Schtum and enjoy the good fortune!
