Are you going to take advantage of the meal plan? If yes, I would be curious to learn whether for dinner at Turquoise you can still go a'la carte and have 3 course meal from the menu or you have to take advantage of the buffet. From one of the previous posts it seems that there are themed dinners every night of the week at Turquoise.
Also, are you planning to take advantage of any of the 'Culinary Journey Classes' that were mentioned by 'Pilot04'? I heard positive feedback about the mixology class, but now I see that the offer is wider. I would like to hear some first hand impressions from people who had chance to try these offerings.

I think I will do the half board offer starting tomorrow. The dinner options seem to be either a 3 course at turquoise or the buffet or a 3 course in velaa. Looking over the Velaa menu, it's quite good.
I didn't see that mixology class until just now so I guessed I missed out (though I do remember watching it in Sept as there was a group that did it). I might try some of the classes.
