I think we’d all need to reserve judgement until we’ve tried it, but it looks awful to me and I fear the lack of proper back support will condemn it to useless for many of us, albeit trying it will be the real test. I’d hope to do that on one of the LHR-HEL rotations, don’t fancy longer than needed on something so radically different.
Personally I love the look and idea of AY’s new seat. I’ve always wanted to lounge or be able to sit comfortably sideways or legs folded which is always a challenge in reverse herringbone seats. I have a feeling it might become a “marmite” type seat, ie. People will either love it or loathe it (I might loathe it who knows)! Let’s see. I’m looking forward to trying it nonetheless.
