It may be that the change has not been ticketed - you can see that most easily on the BA App where you should see the 125 ticket number at the bottom of the flight details panel. You can also use Finnair's email ticket receipt mechanism to get an email, and again you are looking for a 125 number. Ticketing is going to be horribly backed up due to recent events and formally you can only check at OLCI stage, 24 hours to departure. If you call at 48 hours to departure then you will normally find an agent willing to take the matter on.

It definitely hasn't been ticketed.
I've not been able to get through on the phones - all the lines I try just end with a 'sorry we're really busy and can't take your call' then a hang up.
I guess my worry or rather question is how common is it for this to result in a ticket not being issued with 24hrs to go.
If that happens, and contact is still impossible, we'll be pretty snookered.
