Both Etihad and ANA are in T1. Meaning the flown is pretty compact and quick, so yeah 1h20m is not outside of the realm of reality. On two tickets it is a quite risky connection though, as ANA will not know that you are not originating in Tokyo as your ticket would show. Does ANA allow for online check-in to your final destination?
