Interesting -- like other Hyatt properties, Ventana used to say (as I recall) that you were not allowed to leave your dog unattended in your room. Currently their brochure says "If necessary, owners will be required to interrupt activities to attend to a barking dog that may be disrupting other guests."

I definitely would have raised a stink if I was trying to relax in my room and a dog was being noisy... and I love dogs, but I never like my vacation being ruined by others.
