I've been flying to the US a couple of times a year now for some time and always on BA. However, my last trip ended up being a disaster at the end due to BA cancelling my flight and simply abandoning me not to mention losing my bags for an extended person of time. Customer service is non existent and there is never anyone you can call to speak to. I have over 200,000 American Express points to use so I would be interested to hear suggestions of alternative airlines that may provide at least a reasonable level of customer service instead of treating passengers like cargo or am I being idealistic?
