Don't buy from Avianca Lifemiles. It's worthless. I bought it for I believe $30 us when I went to South Africa. I fell and had to see a doctor and get a leg brace. Avianca refused to cover it. I spent probably 10 hours on their chat which is the only way to reach them. Check reviews before you buy.
