When I was booking for 2 ppl, the website was saying, I need to book the ticket under my name first and then once it is verified, I can book ticket for someone else (my spouse in this case). After finishing my booking, I logged off and went back to book another award for my SO, but I still can't select her name from my companions.

Is there a certain waiting period?
