Does anyone know if it’s possible for a UK passport holder to enrol with global entry in DUB, without arriving from the US, ie I will take a day trip there from the UK?
I have a short connection at JFK T8 in September and will be in the wrong terminal for enrolment at arrival, plus I don’t think I will have time to go to T4.
According to the EOA page on the CBP website it's available
Terminal Eight America Airlines, Booth #1
6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
I would take a punt and just ask politly when you get there even if it's after the official hours to see if it can be done. You could pleed confusion as to whether 12.00 am is midnight or noon
And of course depending on your travel movements you could make an appointment elsewhere during your visit.
