Has anyone had instant upgrade availability or cash uphrades offered on flights sporting the new fartcage setup in J?

Just curious as on my ord flight the upgrades dissappeared immediately when the plane was changed and at T3 days its still nada even considering it looks like 4 seats selected in J 🤣🤣🤷‍♂️

Just wondering if its intentional 😀
