Thanks, all. I talked to Delta. The agent said it was VS flight and VS schedule change, so they can only work with available VS award space - only coach left. I suggested Delta award space, they said I need to pay a large amount of miles as Skymiles has much lower redemption rate for VS than its own flights. I will try to call again.
