I am having the same issue with Hilton Honors. A couple weeks ago I get a notification that it is time to check into my hotel in Bejing China. I was like what?? I haven't left the country in over 10+ years - and was sitting in my office in Florida. I immediately went to the Hilton App on my phone and see five different reservations for the same night in Bejing China at various Hilton properties. I immediately called Hilton to inform them something was wrong. I was on the phone with 2 different, very nice agents that helped me. The first agent said the first step was I needed to go into Hilton Honors and change my password, which I did as well as removed my credit card information although she said the reservations didn't seem to have that information. One of them helped reach out to each of the hotels and cancel the reservation. The next one helped to get me confirmations of each reservation being cancelled. They were both very nice and apologetic saying that not to worry the fraud dept may follow up to get some additional details but I was off the hook for these and all was good. A week later I go to book a reservation via Hilton Honors and want to use some of my points and I get that my account is no longer active. I called Hilton and they were unhelpful and said I would have to write
[email protected] and explain what all happened. I wrote them on Feb. 21st and got no response at all. Not even, thank you for your inquiry - we are working on it....nothing! I'm very frustrated as I feel I've now lost all the points in my account since I cannot use them. No one will help. I saw that some of you got your issue resolved. How?? What do I do? Did I email the right place? HELP!
