Went last month and mimosas were not, as depicted in some pics when it first opened, at a station where you could freely pour them. I did all inclusive and some mornings requested a glass of cava, which would be brought to the table by one of the servers. There are a variety of fresh juices daily in little glass bottles in a cooler near the cereal, so you can make your own traditional, pineapple, watermelon, etc. mimosa! I'm sure I could have also ordered a bloody Mary, if I had the predilection for them 🙂
