That being said if you are in transit do you need to have a negative test? RAT in 24 hours or PCR in 72 hours?
At the moment, you indeed need tests at those timings, plus the Portugal PLF, even if transferring via LIS and staying airside. Your vaccination record isn't considered sufficient to avoid the tests.
