when they where served it was rock solid, served with a metal spoon. It came on a medium glas plate. It was the typical Mövenpick strawberry with small pieces of strawberry inside. It was on a flight from DPS to HKG onboard a 747 where the first class was used for businessclass pax ( some of us )
