GRAND PRIZES (2): Trip to Coachella (Waaait a sec… that’s a “festival”. Oh well I already formatted the post.)
Grand Prize #1 – Prize Pool #1: The grand prize winner from Prize Pool #1 shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA during the Sponsor designated travel dates (scheduled for weekend #2: April 22 – 24, 2022or as otherwise designated by Sponsor), based upon availability and subject to change. The grand prize for prize pool #1 has a maximum retail value not to exceed $4,500, and includes:- Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and one guest age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the Los Angeles, CA metro area (LAX, ONT, or PSP). Actual departure date, times, airline and airports based upon availability and shall be solely determined by Sponsor (scheduled for 4/22/2022 – 4/25/2022).
· NOTE: If winner resides within 250-miles of Indio, CA, Sponsor reserves the right to award a $500.00 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation.- Three (3)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in Indio, CA area (based upon availability); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor, scheduled for 4/22/2022 – 4/25/2022 (3-nights);
- Two (2) VIP 3-day tickets to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA for weekend #2 (April 22 – 24, 2022);
- One (1) $500 gift card towards travel expenses, awarded from the gift card provider as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card policy from the issuing provider.
Grand Prize #2 – Prize Pool #2: The grand prize winner from Prize Pool #1 shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA during the Sponsor designated travel dates (scheduled for weekend #2: April 22 – 24, 2022or as otherwise designated by Sponsor), based upon availability and subject to change. ABSOLUT “Coachella 2022” Sweepstakes
Eligibility: Each individual entering the Sweepstakes (each, an “Entrant”), at the time of entry: (a) must be a legal resident of the United States or D.C; (b) must be 21 years or older; (c) must have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo identification; (d) must have access to the internet in order to enter;
and….
(e) may not be, or at any time since January 1, 2022, have been, an employee, officer, director, member, shareholder, or agent of Million Dollar Media(the “Sweepstakes Administrator”), Pernod Ricard USA, LLC (the “Sponsor”), or any of their respective franchisees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, or any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes; or an employee, officer, director, member, shareholder, or agent of any licensed alcohol wholesaler, manufacturer, distributor or retailer of alcohol-beverage products (collectively, “Released Parties”); (f) may not be an immediate family member or household member of any individual identified in item (e) above.
How To Enter: To enter, scan the QR Code on applicable point-of-sale materials, or directly visit www.Absolut.com/Coachella during the “Registration Period”. Entrants must fully complete the online registration page with all required information including his/her name, valid email address, phone number (including area code), state of residence and date of birth. After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, and agreeing to receive offers and updates via email from Sponsor, click the submit button to submit your online entry.
After completing your entry, you will have the option to share the Sweepstakes utilizing a personalized URL link provided on the entry confirmation page. If you choose to share the URL, you will earn one (1) additional bonus entry into the Sweepstakes grand prize drawing for each entrant who completes an entry utilizing your shared personalized URL link.
All entries must be fully complete for all required information and must be received by 11:59pm ET on 4/10/2022 to be eligible.
Entry Limit: Maximum of one entry per person and per valid email address during the entire Registration Period, except as noted above regarding bonus entries.
Winner Selection & Notification: On or about 4/11/2022, a random drawing will be held to select a total of two (2) potential grand prize winners (see grand prize descriptions below).
Potential grand prize winners shall be selected as follows: - Prize Pool #1: one (1) grand prize winner shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received.
- Prize Pool #2: one (1) grand prize winner shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received from among residents of CA.
Each potential winner will be notified initially by phone and/or email beginning on or about 4/11/2022. If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach and speak directly with a selected potential grand prize winner by phone within 24-hours of the initial notification attempt to the phone number or email address associated with that contestant’s entry, then that contestant may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting). Note: phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process.
