Boy, that situation sure got flipped on its head. Since 2021, Japan has all but eradicated the flu. But I'm sure that will come back when swarms of foreigners that are "just tired of all this mask wearing" are allowed back in.
I get some good laughs at some of my early covid posts. Only joined this thread quite late, but in other forums I did have my "it will pass quickly" thoughts and posts.
