I booked Delta award in VS upper class from TLV-LHR-JFK for a party of 5. Due to a schedule change, the original 6 hours layover in LHR became negative 40min. I am surprised that Delta system even allows the overlap, and no notice was given until I checked. I called Delta CSR and no alternative is available (all award alternative is for one passenger only which doesn't work for us due to kids).

If I hadn't caught this and just show up at TLV airport, I wonder how VS will handle this? Or they will let me get to LHR and get stuck there? Is there a chance the VS airport agent may squeeze some revenue seats for us? Or they won't care since it is a Delta ticket?
