Transfer from Amex MR was instant.
Chase UR took about 36 hours or so.
Transferred 4 times from Capital One - 1st (16k), 3rd (1k), and 4th (3k) were instant, but 2nd (98k) is still pending and its been over 2 weeks. I called Capital One and they claim SQ is holding up the miles, but its impossible to get someone over the phone or chat.
