I got credited the time I complained. But have had two shops in last 3 weeks that haven’t worked again. I followed all the info given ( basic stuff - no turning off cookies - don’t leave page etc).
I would be interested to know if anyone receives any points ever!!
worse thing about complaining is that the invoice is inevitably a different date to the tracking date - due to sainsburys don’t invoice till delivery date.

is there an actual phone or address to write to for estore / missing avios rather than the long winded emails that are not in real time communication
if everyone complained they’d have to do something. Probably drop the offer!!!
